While we cherish the depth of in-person classes, we’ve experienced firsthand the transformative power of online learning. Both of us trained extensively through virtual platforms, and we found that with thoughtful design and intention, online sessions can be just as impactful—sometimes even more so. They offer flexibility, accessibility, and the ability to integrate practice into daily life without compromise.
